-How do I schedule a reservation? Choose a class and select "Book Now" and add it to your cart. Think of it like online shopping for Drop-In sessions!
-How far in advance can I schedule reservations? Reservations can be made as late as 2 days ( or 5 business days during the summer) in advance and as far out as needed. Reservations needed after the booking window has closed can be requested via email and require confirmation from our staff.
-How do I join a waitlist if a class is full? You will need to download our mobile app and select the class that is full and click "Join Waitlist". You will then be notified when a spot opens. Waitlists can only be joined through our mobile app.
-How do I book multiple bookings at once?
This website will allow you to add each booking to your cart and "check out" all of them at once. Unfortunately, there is not yet a feature that allows parents to select multiple days at a time without having to go all the way back to the schedule. Parents will be notified when this feature has been added.
-Where do I pay for my reservations?
Payments must be made through your MyProcare account. During the school year, Drop-In billing is based on attendance, meaning families will not be charged if they miss their scheduled reservation. For Spring Breaks and Camp Drop-in, payment is required in advance due to high demand. Payments for Spring Break and Camp Drop-in will be due each Friday prior to the following week of scheduled bookings.
